Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or delivery failure, we can reship it (additional shipping costs may apply) or issue a refund excluding original shipping costs.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to guarantee a replacement or refund, but we are happy to help guide you through next steps.
