Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all pieces included, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning your item for any reason (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and emailing us the tracking number once shipped.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us first so we can review the issue and provide next steps. In many cases, a return will not be necessary.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We may request a photo of the item and packaging to help us evaluate the issue quickly. Once reviewed, we will make it right through a replacement or refund. In most cases, damaged or incorrect items will not need to be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Items must be unused, with all pieces included, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Refunds

We understand that pre-orders require trust, and we want you to feel confident when supporting Bible Bricks.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund, no questions asked, at any time before the item is pushed to fulfillment. Simply contact us at info@biblebricks.com,a and we’ll take care of it.

Once a pre-order item has moved to fulfillment, our standard refund and return policy (outlined above) will apply.
