Missing a piece?

Most missing pieces turn up. Give us two minutes and we'll help you look. If it's really gone, we'll send a new one.

Check every bag

Small pieces hide in corners and folds, and some bags have smaller bags inside. Look in the bags you haven't opened yet too. Pieces aren't always packed in step order.

Look around your build spot

Check the floor, under and between the couch cushions, and inside the box itself, including under any flaps.

Look for a spare

Many sets come with a few extra small pieces. If you have a spare that matches, it's yours to use.

Look back a few steps

Pieces that look alike are easy to swap. Compare your model to the last few pages of instructions. Your piece may already be in the build, in the wrong spot.
